I started running because I wanted to lose weight and needed an activity that I could do for free. I kept running because it makes me feel powerful and keeps me motivated to challenge myself. Every time I run, I'm challenging myself to be better than yesterday - whether that is going farther or faster or just completing the miles that I put in my head for the day.
